Overview: Join Southern Kentucky Rehabilitation as a Neurological/Orthopedic Therapist Leader. Southern Kentucky Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist with neurological and orthopedic experience to help lead our hospital-based outpatient center in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Responsibilities: * Responsible for the supervision/leadership of our outpatient neuro-physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech language pathology on our hospital campus center. * Ensures compliance to all policies and procedures. Responsible for center financial statements including profit and loss performance. * Responsible for sales/marketing to existing and potential center referral sources. Qualifications: Qualifications * Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) * Minimum of 2 years of outpatient neurological and/or orthopedic experience * Passion for patient-centered care and clinical excellence * Interest in leadership, program development, and team collaboration
