$20,000 SIGN ON BONUS for FULL TIME positions for RN candidates with over 1 year of experience.  This is paid out in one lump sum in the paycheck after you've been employed by us for 30 days (contingent on meeting the requirements.)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the delivery of excellence in patient care through assessing and formulating a
nursing diagnosis and establishing goals, planning and implementing interventions, and evaluating
patient care outcomes. He/she is responsible for participating in and maintaining quality, achieving
cost effectiveness, and ensuring positive guest relations. Requires basic critical patient care and
assessment as well as the development of technical proficiency, which all RN's are expected to
assume at the termination of their orientation period.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

Education Level

*  Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Licensure/Certification

*  Texas Registered Nurse License
     
*  BLS required upon hire
     
*  ACLS required within 6 months of hire

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

*  Displays good patient assessment skills and notifies physician as patient condition warrants.
     
*  Provides emotional support to patients.
     
*  Provides patient teaching based on the patient teaching plan.
