Responsibilities include: 

* Handles incoming phone calls; passes on leads per sales deployment matrix.
* Produces and distributes required daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. 
* Distributes and routes BEO's (Banquet Event Orders), including BEO revisions. 
* Creates group contracts and enters into systems once finalized (per checklist). 
* Produces internal employee event BEO's. 
* Represents the property in proposing and contracting groups under 20 rooms on peak night. 
* Distributes and processes group surveys upon the conclusion of each program. 
* Orders supplies and sales promotional items. 
* Assists with other duties as assigned. 
* Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters. 
* Adheres to all departmental and company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. 
* Minimum of two (2) years of hotel sales support. 
* Excellent verbal and written communication. 
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. 
* Excellent organizational and inter-personal skills. 
* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License.
