As our new Category Lead for IT Procurement, you will take strategic ownership of the global IT spend, leading sourcing strategies, supplier partnerships and category performance across all regions. You'll play a key role in ensuring that our IT landscape supports innovation, reliability and long-term business value.

As Category Lead, you will act as the global expert for the IT category - responsible for defining and executing sourcing strategies, negotiating and managing strategic supplier contracts and ensuring measurable value creation across all regions. In this role, you will also manage and coach a team of two buyers, fostering collaboration, capability growth and operational excellence. You'll work closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure procurement delivers the best technological and commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and own the global IT category strategy, aligning with business goals and technological needs;
* Lead sourcing and tender processes for high-value IT contracts, ensuring competitiveness, compliance and sustainability;
* Negotiate, implement and manage strategic supplier contracts, ensuring compliance, performance and value delivery;
* Negotiate and manage strategic supplier agreements, focusing on long-term value and risk mitigation;
* Manage and mentor a team of two buyers, ensuring alignment, capability development, and performance;
* Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships with key vendors such as SAP, Microsoft, Autodesk and Dassault, driving performance, innovation and continuous improvement;
* Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Legal and other departments to align category initiatives with company priorities;
* Analyze spend and market data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and value creation;
* Monitor category performance and report on KPIs, ensuring transparency and governance.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field;
* 8+ years of experience in procurement, including at least 3 years in IT category management or strategic sourcing;
* Proven success managing complex, high-value and global supplier portfolios;
* Professional certification in procurement/supply chain (e.g. CIPS level 4, NEVI 2, ISM or equivalent) is required;
* Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation skills;
* Experience collaborating with or managing key suppliers such as SAP, Microsoft, Autodesk and Dassault is highly valued;
* Deep understanding of Source-to-Contract and P2P processes (experience with SAP S/4Hana or Ariba is an advantage);
* Ability to influence and align stakeholders across multiple business units and geographies;
* Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (both spoken and written);
* A proactive, strategic mindset with the confidence to drive change and lead initiatives independently.
