Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service, through the consistent practice and delivery of Red Carpet Customer Service to all guests and team members.
* Responsible for accurate accountability of the Cashier and Player Services department activity.
* Responsible for accurately completing and updating electronic MTL/NIL and chip bank.
* Conduct transactions within the department and other departments as needed.
* Perform Player Services Cashier duties as needed.
* Understand department objectives, standards, and guidelines.
* Be knowledgeable and comply with Title 31 regulations.
* Possess thorough knowledge of casino policies for all cashier areas.
* Maintain security and accountability over all funds, to include chips, coins, cash currency, foreign currency and paperwork.
* Observe and verify funds received and disbursed to other departments, guests and transactions between cashiers.
* Process table fills and credits.
* Prepare and process exchanges.
* Compile information, complete and submit reports as needed.
* Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements.
* Answers phone calls with proper phone etiquette
* Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
* Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
* Perform other job related and compatible duties as assigned.

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous cash handling and/or 1 year casino cashier experience preferred
* Must be proficient in Microsoft applications
* Willing to learn and be adaptable
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to accurately identify and cash different denominations of currency, chips, etc.
* Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
