Responsibilities:

* Responsible for fostering a fun environment 
* Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers 
* Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events 
* Assists in supervising slot operations and helps to monitor all related services affecting the department on an assigned shift
* Assist to coach personnel in the proper behavior performance of duties 
* Assists in maintaining work schedules for assigned personnel 
* Ensures guest recognition and development are primary duties for all personnel 
* Maintain the highest standard of customer service and integrity in the slot department 
* Ensure all teams members adhere to department policies, procedures, internal controls and gaming regulations
* Maintain and inspire highly trained and motivated team members;
* Administer and adhere to all gaming rules and regulations
* Investigate variances, bill validator and ticket in/ticket out claims
* Approves and witness jackpot pay offs

Qualifications:

* Willing and able to work a consistent overnight shift
* Must have an outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude 
* Must enjoy hosting others 
* Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests 
* Strong proven leadership skills 
* Two years of supervision or equivalent experience 
* Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word) 
* Proven communication and interpersonal skills 
* Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with Team Members at all levels of the organization.
* Empower employees to use their creativity to retain and attract new guests 
* Strong project management and execution skills 
* Highly organized and detail oriented.
* Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including: ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
