Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities:

* ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

The following duties are representative of the role and are not intended to be all-inclusive: 

Player Development & Revenue Growth 

* Develop and manage a portfolio of players to drive visitation, loyalty, and revenue. 

* Proactively identify, acquire, and cultivate new players through on-floor engagement and outreach. 

* Monitor player activity and profitability; adjust engagement strategies accordingly. 

* Achieve or exceed established performance goals related to revenue, trips, and player worth. 

Relationship Management & Guest Experience 

* Build strong, personalized relationships with players through consistent communication (in-person/on-property, phone, email, and events). 

* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned players, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience. 

* Anticipate guest needs and coordinate hospitality arrangements, including dining, accommodations, and special requests. 

* Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally, exercising sound judgment and discretion. 

Marketing & Outreach Execution 

* Execute outbound sales and marketing efforts, including calls, emails, and event invitations. 

* Develop targeted guest lists and support the execution of promotions, events, and VIP experiences. 

* Maintain a visible and active presence on the casino floor, especially during peak periods and special events. 

Complimentary & Credit Decisions 

* Evaluate and issue complimentary services based on player value, activity, and established guidelines. 

* Understand and follow all procedures related to player credit, where applicable. 

Administrative & Operational Responsibilities 

* Accurately document all player interactions, preferences, and activities in company systems. 

* Utilize available data and tools to inform outreach strategies and maximize player engagement. 

* Review inactive or declining accounts and implement re-engagement strategies. 

* Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, food & beverage, and other departments to deliver a cohesive guest experience. 

Compliance & Professional Standards 

* Maintain strict confidentiality of all player and company information. 

* Ensure all activities comply with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements. 

* Represent the company professionally in all guest and internal interactions.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty effectively. 

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. 

* Prior experience in casino operations, player development, sales, or high-touch customer service strongly preferred. 

* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a service-oriented mindset. 

* Ability to analyze player activity and make informed business decisions. 

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems and tools. 

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

* Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain all required licenses. 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES 

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT 

* Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods on the casino floor. 

* May be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. 

* Work is performed in a casino environment with moderate to high noise levels. 

* May be exposed to secondhand smoke. 

* Role may require attendance at off-site events and local travel. 

CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSING 

* Must be able to obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses and permits. 

* Valid driver's license may be required based on business needs.
