Overview:
To act as an ambassador of the Casino by providing special assistance and information about the daily activities and promotions to customers offering a selection of alternatives for guest satisfaction
Responsibilities:
* Greet customer immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome. Response of with accurate information regarding of daily services and promotions according to individual needs.
* Answer telephone calls and inputs information into the computer such as rating cards.
* Conduct daily bingos and other promotional activities such as games and raffles.
* Assist in the preparation of the monthly promotions sent to the players club, update mailing list, such as customer birthdays, anniversaries, yearly activities and special events.
* Prepare and follow up with Reservations.
* Prepare decorations for the promotional and seasonal activities.
Qualifications:
* Able to work evenings, weekends and rotating shifts.
* Bilingual - English / Spanish
