Now hiring candidates 18 or older for all positions, including gaming licensed positions (excluding Beverage Server, Barback, Bartender)

Responsibilities include:
* Provides excellent customer service to all guests, customers, and employees.
* Secures company funds; follows internal controls related to position.
* Redeems coins/tokens, cashes checks, and supplies information to guests.
* Maintains and ensures the proper routing of the department's paperwork.
* Balances the window impress total, sell checks and chips, and coins/tokens to the main banker.
* Maintains communication with all departments, team members, and guests to ensure positive experiences.
* Maintains a high level of personal integrity and moral conduct free of questionable association.
* Provides an outlet of sales and redemption of coin and chips for internal and external guests (e.g., general cashier, main bank, fill bank and jackpot/fill window).
* Maintains a neat, safe, and organized work area.
* Adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Strong problem solving, mediation, and consulting skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Must have basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
* Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
* Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with guest service issues.
* Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented - Previous casino Cage or cash handling experience preferred.
* Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. - Ability to work with interruptions.
* Must have ten-key (calculator) skills. - Data entry/computer skills required.
* Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
