As a Case Management Referral Tech you will: * Complies with established hospital, division and department policies, procedures and standards which include, but are not limited to the following: safety, infection control, use of information systems and confidentiality guidelines. * Accurately performs automated process for next level of care referrals. * Performs process for presenting regulatory letters to patients, able to communicate well verbally and written, stay organized and demonstrate effective time management skills. * Assist with communicating to patients/ Qualifications: In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * HS Diploma and/or GED * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and troubleshooting computer problems Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
