Job Title: Cart Runner II (Full Time)
Reports to: Guest Services Manager
As a Cart Runner at Festival Foods, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service by assisting guests with parcel pick-up and ensuring carts are readily available. Whether rain or shine, your dedication to maintaining a welcoming and safe environment sets the stage for an outstanding shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do: As a Cart Attendant II at Festival Foods, your responsibilities will include:
* Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Providing excellent guest service is at the heart of what we do. Whether it's a friendly greeting, answering questions or addressing guest concerns, you'll handle each interaction with professionalism and care. Your willingness to help guests with what they need will make a positive impact every day.
* Deliver Outstanding Experiences: Provide prompt, friendly service to all guests by maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring carts are readily available.
* Maintain Product Knowledge: Assist guests by offering accurate information about product locations, reinforcing our guest-first culture.
* Safeguard Company Assets: Ensure proper collection of shopping carts from the parking lot and surrounding areas, regardless of weather conditions.
* Perform Parcel Pickup: Promptly assist guests with parcel pick-up services, making their shopping experience seamless.
* Ensure Quality: Meet our quality and quantity expectations, ensuring 100% coverage by 10 am and 5 pm daily.
* Honor Commitments: Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
* Support the Team: Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
The physical demands and work environment described below are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
* The associate must possess the ability to stand in place for long periods of time; walk in the store; bend, stoop and lift or push up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. Requires fine finger and broad manual dexterity, and eye-hand-foot coordination in order to operate equipment.
* Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed in all weather conditions
Work Schedule:
The Cart Runner II is a position with a schedule that may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
* Be friendly, courteous, cooperative, and able to communicate with associates and customers.
* Responsible for maintaining standards according to the Guest Services expectations.
* Performs prompt parcel pick-up service.
* Collects shopping carts from parking lot and surrounding areas and returns carts to store in a variety of weather conditions (snow, ice, extreme heat/cold, rain, etc.).
* Communicate customer requests to management.
* Support and execute superior customer service.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
* Ensure all quality standards are being met, including quantity expectations at 100% by 10 am and 5 pm.
