Carpenters Supervisor

Responsibilities:

* Lead the carpenters and schedule their day to day tasks. Provide guidance to carpenters on proper technique and standards of work.
* Ensure tasks and calls are completed to a high standard.
* Plan and estimate materials lists for projects and shop stock.
*  Maintain all public areas and guestrooms on an on-going basis (corner guards, locks, windows, doors, furniture.)
* Keep the hotel decor in good condition.
* Clean all work areas after completing job.
* Complete Work requests in Synergy daily.
* Have the knowledge and ability to use the proper equipment and tools.
* Have a thorough understanding of Omni's fire alarm procedures and other emergencies.
* Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotels' rules and regulations.
* Answer all guest and associate related Synergy requests 
* Assist with Capital improvement projects. 
* Property improvement projects 

Qualifications:

* Monday - Friday 1st shift schedule with rotating weekends.
* Extensive building / carpentry background from frame to finish.
* Basic computer knowledge to include office products
* Experience leading a 3-5 person team
