Provide maintenance and preventive maintenance to the buildings, equipment and grounds to provide a safe and healthful environment. The primary proficiency of this position is in carpentry. Other responsibilities include those of general maintenance i.e., hanging and finishing drywall, electrical, plumbing, equipment maintenance and safety testing. This is not a full-time position. Qualifications: In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * High School Diploma/G.E.D. required * 3 years experience in carpentry-building maintenance Physical Requirements - Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly Schedule: PRN - as needed. Can be expected to work 8-16 hours/pay period or as needed. Expected to be scheduled during the following timeframe: M-F; 7AM-3:30PM.
