Are you ready to rejoin the workforce and take your career to new heights? We're excited to offer you an opportunity as a Recruitment Coordinator in our SOAR Program at SoftwareOne. This paid program is designed for talented professionals who've had a career break of at least 6 Months and are eager to make a comeback.
Contract Duration: 3 months
Eligibility: Open to candidates currently not employed
Requirements: Previous relevant experience as a Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Bangalore
Mode of work: Hybrid (subject to change)
Responsibilities:
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Act as aRecruitment Coordinator by pipelining candidates resumes.
* Conduct Talent Market Research: Gather and analyze internal and external talent data, industry trends, and competitor insights to support strategic hiring decisions.
* Create Talent Intelligence Reports: Develop and present talent insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring landscape reports for various regions and functions.
* Support Recruitment with Data: Work closely with TA partners to provide talent availability snapshots, pipeline insights, and junior-level candidate research.
* Excel & Dashboarding: Use advanced Excel skills to create, manage, and maintain dashboards and data trackers to visualize recruitment and talent metrics.
* Cross-Functional Reporting: Collaborate with different teams to produce monthly and ad-hoc reports, ensuring data accuracy and actionable intelligence delivery.
* Securing the Candidate's Journey and Experience.
* Support in scheduling interviews for APAC Region.
* Any ad hoc responsibilities as required to contribute to the smooth functioning of the organization's talent acquisition efforts.
Qualifications:
What we need to see from you:
* You have an interest in Data and are proficiency with Microsoft Office - especially with Advance Excel (Mandatory requirement).
* You can procure & analyze data to identify trends, insights etc within Talent acquisition function.
* You are able to excite people with your empathetic and friendly manner and you find it easy to approach them.
* You have strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
