Responsibilities:

Dignity Health Medical Group - Bakersfield, is seeking a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Cardiology team. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive cardiovascular care within a collaborative, physician-led environment that prioritizes high-quality outcomes and compassionate, patient-centered care.

The Cardiology program serves a broad and diverse patient population across Kern County and the greater Central Valley. The practice provides comprehensive cardiovascular services and works closely with interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiothoracic surgery, and advanced imaging to deliver coordinated care across the continuum.

Practice Highlights:

*  Comprehensive cardiology services, including general cardiology, heart failure management, diagnostics, and preventive care

Compensation and Benefits:

*  Salary Range: $122,000 to $167,000 / year

*  Productivity bonus opportunity

Qualifications:

*  9+ months Cardiology experience

*  Current and unrestricted California NP or PA license

*  National board certification

*  Cardiology experience preferred
