Responsibilities: About the Role: As an Echo Tech at St. Clare Hospital, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality diagnostic echocardiography services to our patients. Your responsibilities will include: * Performing a full range of echocardiographic studies, including transthoracic, transesophageal, and stress echocardiograms. * Maintaining and operating echocardiography equipment. * Preparing patients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and understanding. * Accurately documenting patient information and test results. * Collaborating effectively with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals. * Adhering to strict quality control and infection control protocols. Qualifications: About You: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Echo Technologist who possesses: * Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certification through the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) is required. * Minimum of 1 years of experience as an Echo Technologist in a hospital setting. * Current Registration by the ARMS or Current Certification by Cardiovascular Credentialing International as a Registered Cardiac Sonagrapher * Current Healthcare Provider BLS * Proficiency in performing all types of echocardiographic studies. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
