What You'll Do:

* Serve as the main contact for sales staff and local admin offices
* Ensure car sales files are processed accurately and on time
* Liaise with lenders and product vendors to support dealership operations
* Answer funding-related questions and provide expert guidance
* Participate in strategy meetings to improve processes and customer experience

This role is located at the Enterprise Mobility Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include:

Customer & Group Support

* Act as the primary contact for assigned Groups, providing expertise in car sales processing, accounting, and compliance
* Deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers
* Communicate weekly, monthly, and annual reports to Groups
* Lead group calls to review reporting and performance metrics

Operational Oversight

* Monitor daily reporting to ensure timely completion and funding of car sales transactions
* Assist with processing transactions throughout the month
* Resolve issues related to funding, data entry, and collections
* Handle branch-specific requests such as auditing files, managing returned vehicles, and scanning documents

Collaboration & Relationship Management

* Partner with Groups and Shared Services to identify trends and resolve problems
* Build and maintain strong relationships with teams and vendors
* Participate in meetings to share insights and improve customer experience

Qualifications:

Minimum:

* High School Diploma/GED Required
* Two (2) years or more years of customer service experience
* Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Preferred:

* Two (2) years of administrative support experience
