Call for Technical Expertise - West Bank, Gaza, Jerusalem

				Overview:

Creative Associates International is accepting expressions of interest and CVs from experts in peacebuilding and the civil society sector for an anticipated US-funded opportunity in Palestine.  

Responsibilities:

We are requesting CVs from experts in the following technical areas:  

* Program Management level experience  

* Peacebuilding engagement and dialogue including familiarity with Israeli and Palestinian CSOs  

* Institutional strengthening, including for CSOs  

* Social accountability and transparency 

* Gender equality and social inclusion  

* Civic engagement 

Qualifications:

* Bachelors' degree or higher in business, international development, or a related field. 

* 5 - 8+ years of demonstrated professional experience implementing governance activities in the areas of expertise identified above. 

* Prior experience supporting donor funded programs and/or complex national programs with multiple aims and coordinated workstreams. USAID experience is preferred.  

* Experience working in a multi-cultural team preferred.  

* Fluency in Arabic 

* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English preferred.
