Call for Technical Expertise - South Sudan

				Overview:

Creative Associates International is accepting expressions of interest and CVs from experts in peacebuilding and the independent media for the upcoming USAID-funded Peacebuilding and Independent Media Activity. 

Responsibilities:

We are requesting CVs from experts in the following technical areas: 

* Program Management experience 
* Peacebuilding engagement and dialogue including familiarity with South Sudanese CSOs 
* Independent media strengthening 
* Media literacy and training 
* Institutional strengthening, including for CSOs 
* Social accountability and transparency
* Gender equality and social inclusion 
* Civic engagement

Qualifications:

General Qualifications: 

* Bachelors' degree or higher in business, international development, or a related field.
* 5 - 8+ years of demonstrated professional experience implementing activities in the areas of expertise identified above.
* Prior experience supporting donor funded programs and/or complex national programs with multiple aims and coordinated workstreams. USAID experience is preferred. 
* Experience working in a multi-cultural team preferred. 
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English preferred.
