Responsibilities:

Full Time/Full Benefits
Schedule shift Mon - Friday: 7:30a to 4:30p
Some Saturdays 10:00a to 4:00p
*** MUST LIVE IN THE ST. LOUIS METROPOLITAN AREA***
The Quality Assurance Coordinator assists with identifying agents not meeting quality standards and recommends necessary coaching.  They will also identify trends or opportunities to make recommendations for changes and/or improvements.  The Quality Assurance Coordinator position will also be in charge of creating and maintaining all training materials including call scripts. 

Qualifications:

* Minimum of one-year CSR training experience.
* Minimum of two year's customer-service experience.
* Experience in monitoring contact center calls desired.
* Experience with Cisco phone systems.
* Knowledge of CSI/Virtual Observer preferred.
