Overview: Medpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO). We provide Phase I-IV clinical development services to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Responsibilities: * Handle inbound and outbound calls to screen participants from a volunteer database; * Determine whether participants are eligible and available for research studies. Qualifications: * High school diploma required; * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Communications or life science related field; * Ability to work a first and second shift schedule between the hours of 8:00am and 6:30pm with the occasional weekend and extended hours.
