Responsibilities:
* Develop calibration methods and techniques based on principles of measurement science.
* Use statistics to analyze measurement standards and processes.
* Evaluate and develop measurement uncertainty.
* Redesign or improve measurement capability.
* Develop calibration methods and techniques based on principles of measurement science.
* Analyze and solve measurement problems.
* May develop software to assist in calibration laboratory and/or departmental processes.
* Maintain calibration laboratory and/or quality systems.
* Improve calibration processes using Lean approaches.
* Provide training to calibration technicians.
Qualifications:
* Minimum B.S. degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics or equivalent from an accredited engineering program.
* With strong problem solving skills and able to provide engineering judgment in issue or data analysis.
* Possesses great interpersonal skill and relationship management skill to gain the support from different groups.
* Possesses the passion in continuous learning and exploring new knowledge.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
* Good command of written or spoken English.
* Able to work independently.
