Overview: At CHI Health Mercy Council Bluffs, patients are at the heart of our care. Responsibilities: Up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 educational assistance available to external candidates!! We love new grads! Essential Key Job Responsibilities Performs various diagnostic cardiology or peripheral vascular exams. High quality diagnostic cardiac and/or vascular imaging procedures. Maintains accurate documentation of results and reports to physicians as directed. Qualifications: Education: * Graduate of a Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Radiology Technology program or graduate of post secondary allied health profession program Licenses & Certifications: * BLS required upon hire. Please refer to policy "Licensed, Certified, and Registered Employees" for acceptable Life Support cards * ARDMS Board Certification * ARDMS Board Certified in ABD and OB within six months of hire * ARDMS Board Certified as RVT within one year of hire Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: * Understands methods and is capable of performing venipuncture's as required for position * Demonstrated ability to set and maintain multiple priorities in an environment with shifting priorities, while providing accurate deliverables in a timely fashion * Must be self-motivated, and able to take ownership of projects/assignments * Must be a team player with excellent follow-up and customer service skills * Strong interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills * Interpersonal skills in dealing with guests and team members
