Overview: Responsibilities: In collaboration with a Physician, assumes total patient care for designated patients. Plans, implements, coordinates, and evaluates comprehensive care to ensure quality and continuity of care delivery. **This is a night shift position for the Thomas Intensivist Program. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: * Graduation from an accredited program of advanced practice nursing * Advanced knowledge and skills in the delivery of nursing services Licensure, Registration, Certification One of the following: * Current Alabama RN license * Current Multi State RN License in accordance with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) for Alabama* *Infirmary Health abides by the NLC requirements and guidelines for the state of Alabama * CRNP credentialed by the Alabama Board of Nursing and collaboration with physician approved by the Alabama Board of Medical Examiners * After June 1, 2012, ACLS or BLS is required for hire
