CommonSpirit Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our esteemed Anesthesiology team at St. Anthony Hospital in Lakewood, Colorado. About Your Role
As a CRNA at St. Anthony Hospital, you will be an integral part of our patient care team, responsible for providing comprehensive anesthesia services across a wide range of surgical procedures. You will leverage your advanced clinical expertise and critical thinking skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes, from pre-operative assessment through intra-operative management and post-operative recovery.

Key Responsibilities Include:
* Conducting pre-anesthetic assessments and developing individualized care plans.
* Administering various anesthetic agents to ensure patient comfort and safety during surgical, obstetric, and diagnostic procedures.
* Continuously monitoring patient physiological responses and making necessary adjustments.
* Collaborating effectively with supervising physicians and the healthcare team for integrated patient care.
* Managing anesthetic emergencies and providing advanced airway management.
* Participating in post-anesthesia care, focusing on recovery and pain management.
* Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of all anesthesia care.
* Adhering to all CommonSpirit Health policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
* Education: Master's Degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
* Licensure: Active Colorado RN license.
* Certifications: Current NBCRNA/AANA, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
* Experience: New grads welcome to apply.
* Skills: Excellent critical thinking, communication, and patient safety commitment.
