Location: Belgrade, Serbia | Work arrangement: Hybrid | Contract type: Full-time | Language requirements: Fluent/professional English, written and verbal

As the CRM Developer (gn) Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service, you will translate business requirements into technical solutions, work closely with Product Owners, and contribute to our long‑term CRM platform evolution. Our Dynamics 365 environment is optimized and scaled for thousands of global sellers - far beyond "standard CRM" - offering a unique opportunity for continuous learning and technical growth. This role is a chance to grow into deep enterprise‑scale CRM engineering, while experimenting with agentic AI concepts and Microsoft's latest cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and enhance custom solutions in Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service, including plugins, extensions, workflows, and configurations
* Work within a customized enterprise CRM - understanding system architecture, business logic, and integrations
* Apply AI‑driven development concepts within CRM processes and support experimentation with emerging technologies
* Collaborate with Product Owners and cross‑country team members to refine requirements and translate them into robust technical designs
* Contribute to continuous delivery through quality code, documentation aligned with team standards, and proactive ownership
* Support integrations using Dataverse, the Power Platform, and Azure services

Qualifications:

* Recent, hands‑on expertise with Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Customer Service development (plugins + configuration)
* Strong software engineering skills using C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript or similar
* Solid experience with Dataverse and Power Platform (Power Automate)
* Openness toward AI‑driven development, experimentation, and modern engineering practices.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills within distributed teams
* Ability to work onsite in Belgrade 2 days/week
* Nice to have: Azure DevOps, integrations, Azure Functions/Logic Apps, Microsoft certifications
