Overview: Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Missouri Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a full-time Grievance Coordinator to join our Missouri Regional Office Team in located in Jefferson City, Missouri. This is a Remote position. Responsibilities: The Grievance Coordinator is responsible for responding to grievances related to medical, psychiatry, psychology, dental, and any other contracted healthcare services in accordance with MODOC policy. Ensure that appropriate documentation is maintained per established policies and procedures. Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree required * Must show current tuberculosis documentation, must be appropriately certified in first aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) / Basic Life Support (BLS), and automated external defibrillator (AED) use * Security clearance, where applicable * Prefer experience with conducting interviews, reviewing documentation, and making determinations based on information collected
