Position: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - COTA

Location: 17430 N. Porter Rd., Suite 110, Maricopa, AZ 85138

Schedule: Mon - Fri, Part-Time

Compensation: Starting at $32.00/Hr, (pending experience)

Our Banner Physical Therapy outpatient center is seeking a Part-Time licensed COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) to provide quality patient care. Responsibilities:

* Detail-Oriented: Observe, note and report on the progress of long and short-term treatment goals and ensure proper documentation of patient care.
* Education: Teach patients new ways of approaching tasks and how to break down activities into achievable components.
* High Standard of Care: Maintain professional standards through compliance with quality assurance policies/procedures and applicable regulations and corporate policies
* Personalized Treatment: Under the direction of a licensed occupational therapist, optimize patients' functional abilities and skills.

Qualifications:

* Graduate of an ACOTA accredited occupational therapy assistant (OTA) program
* State COTA license (or license eligible)
* CPR certification
* Valid state driver's license
