Responsibilities: * Responsible for fostering a fun environment. * Safeguard company assets. * Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers. * Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events. * Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Service Program. * While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to stand and walk. * Maintain a well-stocked and Maintained Line. * Responsible for following and adhering to all recipes and SOP's. * Ensure all assignments are completed each shift. * Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position's job description, where, in the Company's judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity. * Will work special events, as needed. * Other duties, as needed. Qualifications: * Must have outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude. * Must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactory. * Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods of time. * Experience of one year or more of cooking in a professional setting is preferred. * Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor or Manager. * Must qualify for licensing by Ohio Lottery Commission. * Must be able to use a knife safely. * Must be able to pass background check. * Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality. * Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.
