Overview: GovCIO is currently hiring for COMSEC Manager. This position will be located in Qatar and will be an onsite position. Responsibilities: Provide COMSEC management support. The contractor shall perform COMSEC duties IAW AFMAN 17-1302-0, COMSEC User Requirements, National Security Agency and USAF policies and procedures, and Electronic Key Management System Standards. Qualifications: High School with 6 - 9 years (or commensurate experience) Clearance Required: Top Secret Required Skills and Experience * Lead-level experience in support of COMSEC keying material and systems * Manage system databases * Compilation of systems reports and overall system performance * Manage a DoD classified COMSEC account in accordance with National Security Agency (NSA) and specified service regulations * Manage and supervise communications support personnel; COMSEC (KMI and EKMS) standards; generation and distribution of electronic keys from national and service level sources to the end-item communications security component (end cryptographic unit - ECU) *Pending contract award #ARproposal
