Responsibilities: Reports to: Concessions Supervisor Primary Purpose: * Responsible for receiving, storage, distribution and inventory of goods, supplies and equipment * Cleans and maintains food service area Responsibilities: * Deliver stored goods, supplies and equipment to all food service areas. * Unload goods, supplies and equipment from vendor delivery trucks and warehouse in appropriate storage areas. * Clean and maintain food service areas as directed by supervisor. * Maintain delivery and inventory records * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education/Certification: Minimum 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. TABC certified Work Experience: 1-year prior experience in food handling position, but not required. Ability to do basic arithmetic relative to inventory value calculations.
