Responsibilities: CNA Training Track Responsibilities: * Assist with resident transport to dining, activities, therapy, and treatment areas * Make unoccupied beds and keep resident rooms tidy * Help with dining services: passing trays, opening containers, and distributing supplemental nourishment * Support informal activities on the nursing unit when time permits * Provide fresh water to residents as directed * Clean resident equipment and maintain neat common areas * Observe and report any unusual incidents or resident needs to therapists or nurses Qualifications: CNA Training Track Qualifications: * Must be at least 16 years old * High school diploma or equivalent required * Employment Certificate/Permit required for ages 16-17 * No history of resident abuse, mistreatment, or property misappropriation * Genuine interest in caregiving and a strong work ethic * Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
