Responsibilities:
* Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
* Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
* Support patient mobility, comfort, and safety
* Measure and record vital signs as directed
* Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
* Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare team members to provide outstanding patient care
Qualifications:
* Education: High school diploma required. Completion of NAI program required.
* Experience: One year preferred.
* Licensure/certification/registration: Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I required. BLS Health Care Provider required. Medication Safety - AME required.
* Additional skills preferred: Basic computer skills for documentation.
