Location: Pueblo Branch Coverage area: Pueblo + 60 mile radius from Branch Schedule: PRN Our comprehensive benefits include: * Competitive compensation * Mileage reimbursement * Flexible schedule * Employee referral program * 401(k) retirement savings plan * Employee discounts Responsibilities: * Performing personal care needs * Planning and preparing nutritious meals and assisting in feeding the patient when necessary * Taking and recording temperatures, pulse, respiration and blood pressure as ordered * Assisting in ambulation and exercise, as instructed * Assisting patient in self-administration of medication * Meeting safety needs of patient and using equipment safely and properly * Assessing and reporting on patient's condition and significant changes to the assigned nurse * Keeping the patient's living area clean and orderly * Ensuring compliance with all state and federal legal and regulatory requirements * Additional responsibilities as assigned Qualifications: * At least 18 years of age * Completion of Certified Nurse Aide/State Tested Nurse Aide training and current licensure to practice in state of operation * 1 year CNA/STNA experience required * Experience in home health or a similar setting preferred * Self-directing with ability to work to work with little direct supervision * Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence
