As a CNA, You Will:

* Provide Essential Care: Perform vital sign measurements, record patient statistics (intake/output, height/weight), and obtain routine lab samples.
* Assist with Daily Living: Help patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation, and toileting.
* Facilitate Treatment & Mobility: Assist with patient equipment, move and transfer patients, and transport them for testing or treatment.
* Ensure Safety & Hygiene: Implement strict infection control protocols, maintain clean and orderly patient rooms, and assist with meal setup and feeding.
* Be a Critical Observer: Observe and report patient progress, identify needs for medical intervention, and remove potential hazards.
* Be a Team Player: Respond promptly to signal lights, actively participate as a collaborative team member, and contribute to seamless care delivery.

Qualifications:

Education:  CNA Certification

Licensure: ND State Nursing Assistant Registry

Experience: Previous health care experience preferred but not required.

Skills:  Current certification in CPR within orientation period and renew annually.  Attend in-service/meetings and keep current on work related issues - 12 hours CEU/year.
