Our In-Home Health Mobile Unit team in the Treasure Valley is looking for a compassionate and adaptable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nurse Apprentice who wants to make a difference-using their clinical skills outside the traditional healthcare setting.

What You Can Expect
* Schedule: Full-time (1.0 FTE), Monday-Thursday between 7:00 AM-3:30 PM or 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, and Fridays 8:30 AM-5:00 PM.Please note: schedules may vary based on patient and team needs.
* Additional Coverage: Includes on-call, weekend, and rotating holiday responsibilities.
* Dual Role: This position combines mobile phlebotomy and aide duties through a close partnership with our Lab Department. You'll receive training and ongoing support to build your skills in both areas.
* Environment: Care is delivered in community and home settings-not within a traditional facility. This role requires comfort working semi-autonomously under the guidance of leaders and the interdisciplinary team.

* Use of a personal vehicle or fleet car
* Ability to adapt to changing environments and weather conditions
* Strong organization, time management, and technology skills
Qualifications
* Education: No minimum education required
* Experience: At least 6 months of related experience
* Licenses/Certifications:
* Current CNA certification in the state of practice or a Nurse Apprentice letter
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Responsibilities:
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) 2, assists nursing personnel in providing patient care in assigned areas. Performs other skills/tasks as identified by the unit/department that require a unique body of knowledge/skills.
* Performs various patient care activities and related nonprofessional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients.
* Documents information in patient record.
* Performs various direct patient care activities under direction of licensed patient care provider.
* Communicates information with patient care providers and other nursing staff members to facilitate patient care.
* Assists physicians and other nursing staff members with procedures as appropriate.
* Performs tasks and procedures as ordered by the physician or licensed provider consistent with approved protocols, policies, and procedures.
* Performs tasks that require a unique body of knowledge and skills for that area of service.
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Education: No Education Required
* Experience: 6 months experience
* Licenses/Certifications: Current CNA Certification in the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
