Position Details
* Schedule: Full-Time | 36 hours/week | 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
* Department: Medical-Surgical
* Location: Forsyth Medical Center, Winston-Salem, NC
About the UnitBecome a valued member of our Neurosciences Unit, a 43-bed specialized inpatient unit providing comprehensive care for stroke, neurological, and neurosurgical patients.
Your RoleAs a CNA II, you will:
* Assist patients with activities of daily living
* Support a safe, clean, and healing environment
* Work under the direction of registered nurses to deliver compassionate, high-quality care

Qualifications:
* Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
* Experience: One year, preferred.
* Licensure/Certification: Completion of NA I and NA II programs, required. NA registry as NA I in good standing. Current NA II certification with state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
* Additional Skills (required): BON Health Care Provider. Medication Safety - AME
* Additional Skills (preferred): Basic computer skills for documentation.
