Overview:
Provides and documents assistance to patients with activities of daily living and maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.

Location Details
* Location: 2000 Hospital Dr Mount Pleasant, South Carolina 29464
* Schedule: Full Time
* Shift: Three 12-hour day shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), including every other weekend. [Nights]
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care, including ADLs, mobility, feeding, and toileting.
* Obtain and document vital signs, blood glucose, intake and output, and other patient measurements.
* Perform approved CNA II clinical procedures in accordance with licensure and training.
* Collaborate with the nursing team to deliver safe, patient-centered care.
Qualifications:
* Education:
* High school diploma or GED required.
* Experience:
* One year preferred.
* Assisted Living facilities only: One year experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required.
* Licensure/certification/registration:
* Completion of NAI program required.
* Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I required.
* Medication Safety - AME required.
* NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units required.
* Additional skills preferred:
* Basic computer skills for documentation.
