Work Schedule: 7:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m.
Responsibilities:
* Provides and documents assistance to patients with activities of daily living and maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
Qualifications:
* Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
* Experience:
* One year preferred.
* One year Assisted Living facilities only: experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required.
* Licensure/Certification:
* Completion of NAI program, required.
* Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required.
* Medication Safety - AME, required.
* SC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
* Additional Skills (preferred): Basic computer skills for documentation.
