Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant
Location: Forsyth Medical Center, Winston-Salem, NC
Department: Cardiac Intermediate Care Unit
Schedule: Part-time, nightshift (7pm - 7am)

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, will provide and document assistance to patients with activities of daily living and maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
Our Cardiac Intermediate Care Unit is a 21 bed unit that focuses on cardiothoracic or lung patients.

Qualifications:
* Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
* Experience: One year preferred. One year assisted Living facilities only: experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required.
* Licensure/Certification:
* Completion of NAI program, required.
* Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required.
* Medication Safety - AME, required.
* NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units., required.
* Additional Skills (preferred):Basic computer skills for documentation
