* Department: Medical Surgical Unit
* Location: Kernersville Medical Center - Kernersville, NC
Join our 46-bed Medical-Surgical Unit as a Registered Nurse, where you'll deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients with a wide range of medical and post-surgical needs. In this fast-paced, team-oriented environment, you'll play a key role in patient assessment, treatment, and recovery, while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality outcomes.

Qualifications:
* Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
* Experience:
* One year of relevant experience, preferred.
* Assisted Living facilities only: experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required.
* Licensure/Certification:
* Completion of NAI program, required.
* Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required.
* Medication Safety - AME, required.
* NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
* Additional Skills Preferred: Basic computer skills for documentation.
