The CNA Go! (WEL's new CNA Float Program) has been established to provide flexible, competent staffing support across all Wesley Enhanced Living communities. This program is designed to ensure consistent, high-quality care, minimize reliance on agency staff, and support workload balance among all Wesley Enhanced Living skilled nursing, personal care, and memory care units through our pool of CNAs.
What You'll Do:
* Provide exceptional hands-on care to residents across different units.
* Float assignments will be managed by Scheduling Coordinators (through OnShift) where open shifts are posted. This is available to all full-time employees (both 12 hr. and 7.5 hr. shifts).
* Assignments are determined bi-weekly based on staffing needs throughout all communities.
Pay Rate: $5 shift differential
Travel Reimbursement covered
Qualifications:
* 3 years of CNA experience, which must include 1 year at WEL.
* Meets performance and attendance expectations.
* Demonstrates adaptability, reliability, and professionalism.
