CMA/LPN/RN - Neurosurgery Clinic

				Overview:

Sign On Bonus: $5,000 - $10,000 for qualifying applicants (depends on license)

Shift: Full-Time, Monday - Thursday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm and Friday, 7:30 am - 12:00 pm, for 80 hours per pay period

Responsibilities:

* Provide outstanding patient care and neurological-focused assessments

* Triage patient concerns and help guide urgent situations

* Assist with clinic procedures (wound care, suture/staple removal, dressing changes)

* Support pre- and post-operative education to empower patients and families

* Coordinate imaging, referrals, surgical prep, and follow-up care

* Maintain accurate documentation and support smooth clinic flow

Qualifications:

Education: 

* Associates Degree in Nursing (RN's must obtain BSN within 12 years of hire)
* Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program

Certifiation/Licensure

* Active RN or LPN license issued by the Iowa Board of Nursing
* CMA certification preferred
* Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or within three (3) months from date of hire

Experience: 

* Clinical experience preferred; neurosurgery or neuro background is a plus but not required
