Right now, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Intern. Responsibilities: Essential Job Responsibilities: * The Internship is a temporary position at which may have the opportunity to be extended based upon performance. The Intern will collaborate with multiple leaders in various work streams, pairing education with practical, on-the-job experiences. * Partner with leaders to understand operations and policies. * Identify current best practices and conduct research on implementation strategies. * Provide support to business partners. * Assist with departmental initiatives, including optimizing of information systems and training and development. * Provide administrative support, as needed. Qualifications: Education: * A bachelor's degree in progress preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered. * Proficiency in computer usage, email, MS Office Suite. * Qualifications: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Customer service and people-focused mentality. * Ability to work on multiple high priority initiatives, simultaneously.
