Responsibilities:

* Prepare and finalize client's month end close and financial reporting for review.
* Prepare and/or review work papers and schedules to ensure audit readiness.
* Provide on-site services as requested and needed by tribal casino clients.
* Participation in cross utilization of teams and/or lead software implementations, conversions and set-ups as assigned.
* Review and train staff on balance sheet and income statement accounts, specifically gaming related.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their personnel.
* Obtain client expectations from internal management team and develop plan to meet client expectations.
* Assist with mentoring new staff and building the team as assigned.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in accounting or finance required.
* Public accounting experience e.g. outsourced accounting or audit preferred.
* CPA certification preferred.
* Experience with leading, developing and managing a team required.
* 8+ years of experience with hands on full cycle accounting process including financial statement creation, preparation and review.
* Experience working with gaming or casino enterprises required.
* Tribal industry experience preferred.
* Required travel to client sites is 25%-35% (approximately 1-2 weeks per month).
