Responsibilities:

* Operate, control, and maintain exposure devices used in radiography, ensuring that the source is securely shielded, and that radiation exposure is only initiated when necessary.
* Assist the Radiographic Technician in work execution and daily tasks assigned as required.
* Ability to maintain positive working relations with clients.
* Position exposure devices and radiographic film or digital detectors accurately to obtain high-quality images for inspection and evaluation.
* Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively.
* Maintain accurate records of all radiation source usage, including exposure times, source movements, and safety measures, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
* Sign in/out and calibrate all equipment and dosimeter devices as required.
* Properly stores all nuclear substances and radiation sources not currently in use.
* Prepares daily logs and reports as required.
* Report any conditions that may lead to or cause a violation of a regulatory requirement, license condition or unnecessary exposure to personnel. 
* Prepares and completes all necessary paperwork required in compliance with client industry and company standards and policies.
* Other work duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Valid CGSB CEDO Certification.
* IRATA Rope Access Certification (Or willingness to obtain).
* Diversified experience in NDT or related field.
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in maintenance.
* Demonstrated experience with cathodic protection (CR) systems, including installation and testing.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to maintain positive working relations with clients.
* Exceptional safety and quality awareness.
* Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively.
* Self-motivated and capable of working at a high technical and performance level.
* Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
