The Truck Driver is responsible for safely transporting materials to and from designated locations while complying with all commercial driving regulations and company safety standards. This role ensures on-time delivery, accurate documentation, and safe operation of trucks and trailers to support production, customer service, and overall supply chain efficiency.

Safety & Compliance
* Safely operate company trucks and trailers in compliance with DOT and company regulations
* Maintain a strong safety-first mindset to support zero recordable incidents
* Report all safety concerns, near misses, and accidents immediately
* Participate in safety inspections and investigations as needed
Transportation & Logistics
* Transport raw materials and finished goods to and from specified destinations
* Plan routes using knowledge of local and regional roadways
* Ensure loads are properly secured and transported safely
* Deliver materials on time to meet production and customer demand
Documentation & Equipment Care
* Accurately maintain driver logs, inspection reports, and required documentation
* Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
* Maintain cleanliness and general condition of truck and trailer
Customer Service & Teamwork
* Provide professional, courteous service at all delivery and pickup locations
* Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and plant teams
* Support world-class customer service and operational excellence
Continuous Improvement
* Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, safety, and service
* Participate in skill development and performance improvement initiatives
QualificationsRequired
* High School Diploma or GED
* Must be at least 18 years old
* Clean driving record
* Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced operation
* Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
* Physically capable of standing, sitting, climbing, bending, kneeling, and squatting
* Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds without assistance
