One California Responsibilities: In keeping with the French Hospital Medical Center health care philosophy, the Lead Cardiovascular Technologist performs and trains staff to perform a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgement with ingenuity and initiative. Assumes responsibility for specific procedures as required. Under direction of the Department Manager, Medical Director and Chief Nursing Executive, monitors and directs while coordinating daily operations. Evaluates work process. Assists the Department Director generates a staffing schedule that provides adequate coverage to meet patient care needs. Qualifications: Requirements: * 5 Years acute care hospital-based experience in a Cath Lab procedure-based department. * CVRT and/or RCIS * BCLS
