				Overview:

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a CADD Operator to perform design, drafting and transforming basic survey data into CADD produced drawings using appropriate software.

Water and wastewater management presents unique challenges from environmental, health and economic issues, to regulatory concerns. Our water management experts comprehend these complexities and apply their expertise in all areas of feasibility, design and master planning taking into consideration the value of water as a precious natural resource. Our qualified professionals develop creative and effective solutions for any water management project and are dedicated to ensuring that communities are provided with safe, consistent, water and wastewater distribution, collection, and treatment.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in the setup of plans by analyzing sketches, notes and other input material to determine the best approach for the completion of drawings.
* Work from detailed sketches to produce computer-generated graphs, charts, overlays and isometric drawings including digital terrain models and surfaces.
* Conform to the company's standard CAD procedures for layering, etc., and standard drawing procedures for sheet layout.
* Work with numerous project teams to help in project completion. Coordinates details and dimensions between drawing sheets.
* Prepare project exhibits.
* Address assignments of increased difficulty as proficiency is increased.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma/Equivalent; Associates Degree or a Certificate from a technical school.
* 0-2 years of experience in the civil/environmental engineering field with concentration in water/wastewater design.
* Experience with AutoCAD & OpenRoads is desired.
* Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
