Overview:
At Graduate Princeton, our restaurant team delivers a warm, welcoming, and memorable dining experience reflective of the spirited energy of our campus-inspired hotel. The Busser plays an essential role in creating that experience by supporting the front-of-house team, ensuring tables are clean, well-prepared, and ready to welcome each guest with the highest standards of service.
Responsibilities:
* Clear and clean tables efficiently between guest seatings.
* Reset tables with proper place settings, utensils, and glassware.
* Refill water, assist servers with beverage or food delivery as needed.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and floors.
* Assist with stocking supplies, including napkins, glassware, and condiments.
* Support servers and other team members to ensure prompt, courteous service.
* Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines as outlined by the property and health regulations.
Qualifications:
* Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Team-oriented with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
* Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays or items for extended periods.
